Merging Vaganova-, Alonso- and post-modern techniques, the Composed Ballet Technique focuses on developing and improving the dancer’s skills in an organic and well-balanced way of training, thereby overcoming the technical challenges of various dance styles, fatigue, and risk of injuries.
